D1 Fastpitch Showcases and Camps are directed by Emma Wolff, who succeeded her father, Warren Wolff, in overseeing the organization’s operations. Originally founded by Warren Wolff, the mission of D1 Fastpitch Showcases and Camps is to elevate the level of competition for female athletes in the Great Lakes Region. The primary objective is to attract elite teams and collegiate scouts to the area, thereby increasing recruitment opportunities for local players aiming for collegiate-level softball.

Emma is a mother to two daughters, ten-year-old Callie and five-year-old Kylie, both of whom share the family’s enthusiasm for softball. Warren, who initiated the event series in 2010, has another daughter named Kate and values family time highly. Beyond family, both Emma and Warren are committed to aiding aspiring young athletes in achieving their dream of playing college softball while securing a quality education.
